Phone call received about 8:40 pm Eastern time.
Caller ID had the phone number and "Cheyenne, WY".
I answered and heard a single beep tone, like it was being recorded. After a few moments I heard a scratchy recording in Spanish. The message lasted about 8 seconds and automatically disconnected. I didn't hear any more beeping noises so probably wasn't being recorded.
That's all I know about this one!
