Received this call on my cell phone this morning and listed to a message in Spanish.  Didn't understand a word.  Donald Trump might be right!

Got call from 607-920-0621, didn't answer, no message.

Just received a call from them. Number is a Wyoming listing. I called back being that I missed the call. It actually states, "the subscriber you have dialed is not in service."
Really how can it not be in service when they just called me? I will be blocking this number from my phone.

Called my cell, some Spanish recording. I don't speak Spanish, so no clue what it actually was about. Put on my block list.

Got a call from this number, said from Wyoming. Texted them back with a polite and thankful message, haven't heard back.
