Who called from 3082104703

Receiving multiple voicemails from this number stating a case file number and that this file ("my file") has been transferred to them to pursue collection.  Leave no name and only a recorded message from the 308 number but instructions to call 708-983-7990.  Message doesn't say what this in regard to or anything that is informative.  Advising that I or my legal representative contacts them regarding this case file.  I'm sure this is a scam and I have notified the FCC.

Scammers. Call to threaten to take me to court. I've reported them to the police, however they can't do anything. They just  use "throw away phones" and by the time they catch them, they stop using that phone, UGH!

I get the same message. they've been calling me from so many different numbers for 3 weeks now. How do you report them to the FCC?

They call leave a prerecord message and tell me case# and that they need me or my attorney to call them plus the number they give me to call is a 708 number
