Same exact thing. Getting multiple calls from this number, but no one ever picks up... If you call back you get a long rambling voice mail about the benefits of polling. No idea who the company is, and no way to OPT OUT. My cell is registered on the Natl and FL DNC lists. Mad as hell.
Same as others above. A female voice said the call may be monitored or recorded and then hung up. I suspect this is a one-ring scam, where the caller wants you to be curious and call back. Then they know they have a hot one.
