Most likely this is from accelerated receivables services. A collection agency from Western Nebraska. Seems they are tied to the Regional west hospital group and I have found them rude and hard to deal with so far. I was triple billed for same amount for same day that was payed cash. So now I owe double the original amount somehow. Hospitals are a racked. Never use Regional west if you can avoid them.
308-633-xxxx call me everyday. Every time, last four digits changes, but the first 308-633 not changes. No messages left and nobody answers the phone when I picked up. So annoying!

Regional West is not only a poor place to get medical care, they can't keep books for anything. They charge and double charge. They can't answer simple questions about a bill. They have no problem moving monies from one account to another. Class aAction Law suit anyone? I don't know anyone... not one person who thinks they don't have major problems.
So far this year I have received 31 calls from their various #'s. I have not answered any of them! Thanks to 800notes contributors noting that this is a medical bill collection agency, and since I have no delinquent medical bills, and haven't had unpaid med bills in over 20 yrs, I consider this call to be a collections agency scam. I will just continue to ignore their calls as I don't answer calls that show who is calling in the caller ID. This # and all their other #'s only show the # in the caller ID.
