who ever is calling from this  number is DEFINATELY a scammer!!!   I have had a man & I have had a woman both.   They start out --"can you hear me OK?? "  we are trying to fill up vacant spaces on a cruise and it FREE ---bla bla bla... I NEVER ANSWER their QUESTION "CAN YOU HEAR ME OK?"  with a "YES"----Instead, I ASK THEM what they are CALLING ABOUT??.......
