This number came up on my cell phone, i dont remember the guys name but had a strong indian accent, when i called him out he told me that i would find out in the morning and i just laughed and told him hes funny....these are just scams, pay no attention to them.
Company called, I asked for company name, address, and phone number, they gave the name Erickson Legal association, then when I pressed for address they would not respond and asked my name then started saying they knew my ssn.
The person who called me was very difficult to understand except when he stated that he was filing a legal case against me and that I would be arrested immediately If I did not make payment arrangements with him immediately. Then he called back an hour later after I already told him not to call any more and said I needed to appear in court on friday in my county. Still will not disclose a company name and the call back number from my caller id just goes to busy signal.
I have been recieving calls from this number also (213-283-8557).But the name that they leave is..*Travis Fitch/[***]??*..I called back and couldn't get through..all I got was a voicemail saying *MAILBOX* is full sorry!!..I kept calling until I got a answer..A lady with a foriegn voice answered-I asked for *Travis Fitch/[***]??*-she/He stated he wasn't in the office and that I had to speak to her/him..well to cut to the chase, I acted like I was an attorney and asked for the client I.D./Case number that she was referring to.and she couldn't give me an answer..she did say this though..that I was a B****...and a C***!!..I told her to stop calling my phone or else I was going to get them for harrassment..and that the calls were being reported & recorded...I've also saved all of the message's sent from them!!!! These people need to get a LIFE!! They've messed with the wrong AMERICAN here!!..They are the ones who are stupid enough to think we will fall for that crap!!!!! So the laugh is on them!! HAHA!!
I meant I got a call from this number-309-200-3795/212-282-8557-they've changed there number so many times..or they quit calling for a few then call again from a different number...THEY need to get a LIFE!!..SERIOUSLY!!..I've never asked for a loan..so how did they get my info?????..
