This number has called my cell looking for a Homa Rose Burks. They asked if I could get a message to her and I told them that Texas is a big state. I'm not a messenger & apparently Ms. Burks lied to you & gave you a wrong #. He threatened Ms. Burks by saying that I need to get ahold of her or her lawyer. He wouldn't leave a name of the company, so this leads me to believe that this business is up to no good. Ha ha! He must think I'm really popular to know everyone in the state of Texas. Don't think he knows what he's doing....
someone who says his name is Shane Brierly from 'warrents' called. said I needed to 'turn myself in' as federal charges were pending against me. I called my local police department and the attorney generals office immediately. this is a SCAM. I also filed a report with the FTC. do not give them money! had to close all credit cards and bank accounts and open new ones. they seem to get your SS#, address and bank info. please be wary!! this guy says he is a federal agent and its a lie.
Someone claiming to be Shane Brierly called my mom's phone claiming a warrant will be issued by 5pm my time if I don't give him a court number by 3pm. He also said it was turned into by a company called Alternate Dispute Resolution Firm,which has also been calling my mom phone. I just googled this # and see the complaints people have submitted. I don't appreciate them doing this and want action taking against them.
