Calls everyday

These people call me a much as 6 times a day every day.  I have been really rude but they don't get it.  They can barely speak English.

They need to stop calling because we are on do not call list. Our caller ID states they are called Borders.

They are calling my WORK phone number once a day, around 11-noon CST every day. I don't answer it because I don't know the number and they never leave a message. (Work phone is a cellular line.)

Very hard to understand - thick accent. Caller ID said Bliomington IL. Said he was from Vehicle Services related to warranty on my car. Wanted to know the mileage on my car. I said my car was no longer under warranty and we were not interested in another warranty. He hung up on me.
