It's a police memorial fund asking for donations. I asked how they got my number, they said "from a number of databases" then I asked to be taken off and they hung up.

I answered, it's a police memorial fund. If you give once they will put you on every tele-charity list out there. I said this number was on the do not call list and they hung up
