Who called from 3093423067

Simply thanked me for my "recent payment" and told me I was eligible for a rate reduction.  Hanged up immediately.

Same call- when I hung up it redialed me with same message.  definitely scam.

I received a call from this number. All that was on answering machine was, now. Obviously, the message started before the machine kicked in.

Just called at 300PM. Caller ID said ILLINOIS CALL. I didn't answer. No message left.

Call came in via Call Waiting today while I was on another important call.  Caller ID said "GALESBURG, IL."  Ignored it.  SCAM for sure, but wondering WHAT scam this is,  Surprised by how few comments over 9 days so far.  Guess some ppl are just giving up on reporting their comments here.
