I got a call from this number. I called them back, they told me their name was "USA". they then asked for my name and where I was located. I refused to give it, asking them to tell me who they were and why they called me. The guy said he needed my location to transfer me to the "executives". I refused again. so he transferred me to a woman. She asked my name and location. I refused for the third time and demanded that she tell me why they called my number. She then said in a condescending voice, "Well ma'am, if that's your attitude then we made a mistake in calling you and we wont be calling you again. Okay?" At which point I hung up on her.

I think it may be a politics-related call - maybe calling to encourage votes, take a poll, etc.
