I get this call from various numbers off a digit or two every couple of weeks.  I block them each time, but since it's a different number, blocking doesn't help. They leave a recorded message regarding calling them regarding my interest rate on a loan/ credit card-almost threatening. BIG SCAM - they must have blocks of numbers they operate under.
