These people are insane! They are calling my phone for a friend of mine who lives in IL & I live in AZ. I told them she is not able to be reached at this # & to stop calling. But if course they won't stop! Ugh!
Just got the same phone call about an hour ago. Said they had a file against me that was on their desk. Said they need to verify my home and employment address so they could serve me with papers on this claim. Said I only had 1 chance to clear this up before they serve me a summons. They told me to call 1-877-792-5763 and gave me a so called file number to use when calling. I have had 3 calls this week, all saying the same thing but with different contact numbers for me to clear this up. Other numbers are 1-866-336-9743 and 1-877338-8114 and the number above. I believe this is a scam. I have looked up the other numbers and have read the reports and they all say about the same. SCAM
