Rcvd call on my DNC-registered cell phone. No caller ID. Did not answer. No message left.

Same here, Don't know anyone at this area code and no message left.

Got a call from this number and didn't answer.  I called back, just to see what happened, and I got the message "you have reached a nonworking number."  Gee, what a surprise.

Write your congressman and tell them to fix this!  Google "who represents me," and you can find out who your representatives and senators are.  Write them and tell them the Do Not Call list is a joke, and they need to fix these telemarketing calls!

Same.  Must be the new spoofed phone number of the day for some scammer.  Blocked.

SCAMMERS, Credit card scammers trying to obtain your credit card number.  Said they were from Credit Card Services.
