The(309)740-0437 telephone # appeared on my statement with an authorization #. I have filed a claim to recover the unauthorized charge with my financial institution.
No call, but I got hit for 11.49. Reported it to my credit union & cancelled the card. They told me Palacian Solutions has my home address and even the three digit number on the back of the card. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time the company was in Europe, but that charge was over $70. I emailed the company that made the charge and screamed bloody murder, and they released the funds back into my account. I couldn't believe it. After I cancelled the card, numerous companies continued to try and hit the card for months afterward.

I got a posting for 11.89 on my bank statement from THE PALACIAN SOLUTIONS 309-740-0437. Does anyone know what kind of company this is? How are they charging our bank accounts?
