Who called from 3100000000

Just missed a call from this number. it didn't leave a VM. I live in Los Anglese.

I got 2 of them today 4 hours apart. in Los Angeles area too

I live in the same area code. Anyone knows that a number with all zeros, is a scam.

I read many years ago, of the sure way to end these. When people call, blow a referee or high quality whistle into the phone.

That should end it. No, I never did that.

Someone from this number called me twice today, I answered and no one was there.  When I called back, a verizon message said that the number had been disconnected or is no longer in service.

I too received two calls today about an hour apart. No one  responded when i answered both times but there was some clicking or disconnecting type noises    
I will not answer again.
