I received a call from this unknown # this afternoon. The CID was I CARE. Blocked!. However, I also received a call from 949.356.0439 earlier in the day, which was previously blocked. An earlier poster had a CID for that other # as I CARE. Now that both #s are blocked I DON'T CARE.
