Who called from 3100855996

This number calls 2 - 3 times a day. I did not pick up the calls but still calling. But when I pick up, no response. Very annoying.

I answered but no one responded

same thing........2-3 calls per day.......If I answer, there is nobody there...........I tried calling it back and the call cannot be completed as dialed.  Highly annoying.........

Same mo.   They call several times a day.  If you answer, no one on the other end.  What are our politicians doing???   Somebody could put a stop to all of these annoying phone calls!!!!

K this is what I found out. If you add 1 then call it says a none working number. The area code is Los Angeles. It is a disguise for a 1800 number from a app / program. Reason for the call I haven't found yet.
