answered the phone  I asked who it was and what it concerns he gave me a quick name and asked me if I was a home owner I answered no and he hung up

Called me. Did not pick up. Left no message.

Called no message.  Check on the number showed it wasn't registered to any phone company.  blocked

Called at about 10 AM on Sunday, April 10, 2015. Left a 3 second blank on the answering machine. Another one to block thanks to the information here.
