Called at 12:10 PM  PST. Wants to schedule a meeting with someone to talk about lowering my electrical bills. Had a Filipino accent.   Lot of call-center noise in the background.

Called at 2:33 PM  PST. Wants to know if we need any work done on the house.  No thanks.

The came in with the 131 prefix. It's United Design Builders asking if I want work done on my house. This is the 5th time they called and the 5th time I said "NO". The idiots gave me their real number (800) 608-****. I'm reporting them to the DONOTCALL.GOV website.
