Rang once for 1 second, hung up before I could answer, then rang again. I answered, got 3 or 4 seconds of silence, then it dropped.
Kinda funny, after going through the steps to spoof a non-assigned, non-legit 154 prefix, half the time their predictive dialer (I assume) fails to connect you to an agent, judging by reports here. So they're not only crooks, they're incompetent crooks.
It's a shame the call blocking facilities currently available to me do not support "wildcards" in blocking, it would be nice to be able to block prefixes that are never assigned anywhere. Oh well, one more reason to put in an asterisk system on my end.
Man trying to sell me new windows for my house. I told him I didn't need any, then tried to sell me new roof, then new siding, then a paint job. I told him I did not need any of this stuff. THEN he tried to sell me solar panels, and then drip irrigation. I said no I didn't need / want any of that. Then he tried to sell me tankless hot water heater. I said no. I finally hung up on him.
2nd call received today. The caller states that his dad instructed him to call as they are finishing up some projects on my street. I asked where he was calling from and he hung up.
