Their call was BLOCKED BEFORE they robodialed our number.
We have EVERY phone number that begins with the prefix of "1" BLOCKED!
Folks - there are NO LEGITIMATE PHONE NUMBERS that begin with the numeral "1".
Please purchase a blocking phone or a blocking device that can block entire area codes or partial telephone numbers. These devices are inexpensive and they work! Check out Amazon for blocking devices.
The young woman who called from this number found it very amusing that she contacted a government office with a "real" phone number and NOT an 800 number. After laughing, she didn't believe me. This was very rude and she hung up before I could tell her to remove the number from her listing. Next time, I'll keep them ON the line so that I can make a formal complaint.
