Who called from 3101875874

They don't speak.  I also reported them to the Do Not Call Registry.

4:06 pm today.  I hope No mo blocks this clearly spoofed number, but I was out so not 100% sure.

OK this is weird.  This number called me at 11:17 am today with "CALIFORNIA" as the caller ID.  It rang once and was blocked by the voip robo blocker I have.  It called again at 11:38 am with "Out of Area" as the caller ID but it was NOT blocked by my robo blocking service.  Very strange.

The only other times I've gotten a call from a number starting with 310187 was from the 'Home Improvement' fraktards.

Called home phone. Didn't leave message.
