Calls and hangs up...when called back, it's a non-working number.

it is from 1800 dentist

They don't talk into the machine and the computer (on their end ) will hung them up after so many rings .

they will not help without a call back number and they are dumb as they see the number you are calling from in most cases

stop calling

Repeated calls throughout the day.  I hang up and they keep calling. Very annoying.
