Hello Carol, this is Janeen from NBR Inc. I do your Magnetic Calendars
and my printers are trying to reach you about your 2015 order on them!
I've left you a few messages the CC you normally use has changed and
they need to update your info! Please call my printers and ask for "Barb" and she will go over the info with you. The ph# is (800)421-6561 and you should have my ph# (760)207-0065 if you have any ?'s please give me a call!
Thank-You and Kindest regards,
Office supplies. they are the kind of shark outfit that catches some dumb bunny thinking they are a legit vendor then they ship overpriced toner to you.
SCAM ALERT -- this company called multiple times asking for my manager, whom they then high-pressured into a tentative order for promotional pens. They called to confirm the order, noting the call was being recorded, and proceeded to ask for details I did not know and for payment information that I did not have. When I told them I did not have payment information and they would need to call my manager directly, and provided them with the direct number to reach her that day, they asked about COD, which I DENIED (we use a third-party mailbox and cannot accept COD deliveries anyway). I repeated that they would need to call my manager, saying I did not have payment information and did not have enough information to authorize the order, so they MUST speak to her directly for authorization. They never called her, never called back, until they sent an UNATHORIZED COD shipment, which delivery was denied. Since then, they've called every few weeks, claiming we authorized the order and then denied delivery, and when we point out that we specifically DENIED to authorize and DENIED COD, and instructed them to contact her for authorization and payment, they claim that's not what the recording says. We then tell them to listen to the recording, because we know full well what it says, and they say in veiled threats that they will pull up the recording and play it back for us, and we agree, and they say they'll call back in a few minutes with the recording queued--then we don't hear back for a few weeks, when they again claim it was authorized, promise to call back with the recording, and never do. Clearly, they're aware that the recording does not authorize it, and they're attempting to either wear us down or scare us into agreeing to accept an order that was NEVER authorized. Good luck with that.
Don't ever even engage with these people. Seems mostly all of these "promotional" item companies are scammers. I fell for it once, never again. I may call them back just to mess with them.
