CID said Local Call 310-220-0205. Google says its The Gwynn Law Firm | Riverside Attorney. Answering Machine said City of Hope.
I say its a scam caller saying they are City of Hope to steal information/donations.

Answering Machine recorded a message from City of Hope. I am an annual donor to City of Hope so it appears that this call was, most likely, a legitimate appeal for support.
