I have a man with a very think accient calling me from this number asking to call back at a seperate number both out of california saying he is the embassaor of the Gulf and asking me about my ssn saying that this is a very time senceative matter and when i ask what this is about and inquire more information he hangs up on me he is trying to get personal information from people and finding most the information from websites like facebook etc. names numbers birthdays addresses etc i am reporting him for fraud. here is the info i found on him

This was an odd call from someone who barely spoke English.He left a message on my phone. His name was Jack Rogers calling form Federal Law Department at the California Court. ?????? Never been to California, clueless as to what this is about.
I've had 5 calls from these people today about an attorney and calling them back as I've missed every call. He barely spoke English. I live in Michigan and have never been to California.
I was wondering how these people got my information the only thing I could think of where they got it was I recently just purchased a home and was wondering of any of the others getting this call had also. I am trying to track down where they are getting their information.
I've gotten this call a couple of times from someone in California who claims to asking for my legal information about some legal action that will begin and if I don't call back I will he feels sorry for what happens. Very bizzare. We are not on the same time zone so I actually miss them.
