My caller ID stated: Cell Phone CA, 10:55 AM 05/27/17, 310-236-2691. I didn't answer because I get 4-5 scam calls a day and I don't know anyone in CA who would have such a caller ID. Make this President shut all these fake callers down. He wants to create new jobs. He can hire federal agents to hunt them down, put them in jail and then torture them with ringing phones and fast busy signals for the rest of their paltry lives.Cell P
