People who have not been injured by those calls have no legal standing ... they cannot take direct "legal action" unless they were injured. Rather than follow your inappropriate advice, folks should obtain a call blocker, and learn how to use it effectively.

called saying i will be served documents for court . for debt i dont owe any my credit is good have no clue what they are talking about woman had real bad attitude.
They call to collect a full payment of a bad check written in 2012 from my Daughter (in maiden name) not married name or they will take her to court. They call from two different area codes 310-237-5912 (very mean spoken woman) and 415-424-4258 asking for payment in full of $1,000. Well.. My daughter was in the hospital at the time, that they claimed she wrote a bad check at check-in-cash..which my daughter never even had a checking acct. Knowing it couIdn't be her, I ask for picture to be sent, as they claim they have one and of course they won't send it. I had another ph.number in 2012. So.. how would they get my private number now and why are they calling me, being I had nothing to do with this so-called made up case.
Hi, I received a phone call from this phone number and the left a message saying I was on notice to receive a Summons for a case filled against me. However, when I called them back (Numerous times) I would talk to 1 of maybe 5 people. All of them had a different name for the business and the names were VERY Generic (County Mediation Service or "The Lawfirm" or Law office or the Legal outsourcing department) This didn't sit very well with me. I did not give them any of my information until they gave me a REAL NAME of the business. Because I would not give them my personal information, they called me a terrorist which made me chuckle a little bit because I am not the one that is trying to prey on someone that is uneducated. Don't take any of their threats seriously because they are a full blown SCAM!!!
