I recievced a call from this number the name of caller ID said HEARST INC.
They told me i had won a chance to be in this drawing and gave me a list of wonderful prizes. Then told me I won 6 magazines for 48 months. Followed by I had to purchase one and gave me a list to pick from. After they hung up another lady called and told me the same thing and few other questions. Just as i figured she wanted my card card number to start the one magizine I had to purchase told them I don't give that information out and she went the whole route on how safe it was. Hung up when i refused to give my card. But they do have a good story to then . Still checking on things. The second number would be 310-241-0012.
I have been receiving calls from these same numbers for over a month. I finally answered it today to tell them to stop calling but before i could say anything she had me picking magazines and told me I had won diamond watch that would be here in a few days. After I hung up with her I received over 20 more calls throughout the day. Eventually I picked up again. It sounded like the same person and she wanted a credit card number. I also told her I wasnt comfortable giving that info out over the phone especially considering I don't know how they got my number and they knew my address!! scary. She spouted off all this stuff about the better business bureau and that they have an "A" rating. The BBB has no rating for them at all. She started arguing with me so I told her never to call me again and hung up. Over all I think they have called me over 50 times.
I received a call from this number on 8/07/2012, the lady said her name was michele, she wanted me to buy magazines, I told her i didn't want any and to please stop calling me,they have been calling every week. I got angry and ask her to take me off the call list. There wasn't any bad language used but she said that I need to learn some manners and if I didn't she would continue to call me back every minute and she did exactly that called me back and said see I told you I would call you back when ever I want to. How rude to be harassed on my phone in my home.
Constant calls from 310-241-2907. Very annoying. I do not think they are legitimate telemarketer because they will not remove you from their call list. I added their number to my Ooma phone blacklist and now they go straight to vm.
[***] them. For every time they call me (unwantedly) I will call them 10 times for no reason other than to have them answer and hang up. They answer "Publishers Headquarters"
For two or three months this # 310-241-2907 calls 2 or 3 times a day very annoying , I just hang up they never answer on caller ID I wish they would just stop,
