well the "Children's Cancer" organization is now using this #. i should have known when the caller id showed "out of area" but i am in that area code. i received many calls for this rip-off "charity" previously from 916.740.1723. well, after explaining that i am still not interested, she thanked me for my time and but this # on my call blocker. it never ends!

I have been receiving calls from this number, yes, Children's Cancer Fund or some similar name, for months...EVERY day! I feel like I'm being stocked. I have given money to them before and now they won't leave me alone. I called this number and turns out they use this phone number to raise funds for a multitude of charities. The reason for all the calls recently is a fundraising drive for American Homeless Veterans. I guess I'm going to continue to receive these calls.
