IRS scam

Receiving 2 calls so far today that IRS is going to sue me and I need to call back and this is my final warning.

Tried to call back and it states the wireless customer  you are calling is not available.  Since when did IRS call from a wireless phone number.

I keep getting calls from this darn place, the IRS does not call and say this they need to be turned in to the law...

They called stating they are with the IRS and are filing suit.  1.  I pay all my taxes so nothing to say here.   2.  The IRS doesn't make phone calls, they always communicate in writing.   Scam and very sad scam at that.
