I just got one and looked it up. Yep it is just a telemarkter. I even am on the do not call list and I should know by now that it does not matter.

I filled out a survey from walmart about winning a 1000.00 gift card it also ask about futher education, i didnot submit after seeing some of the other questions. I then started getting calls from this number,no message was left.

also filled out a furthering education survey yesterday..knew this would happen...  arrrrrrrrgh
