Who called from 3102653232

Called ID showed "unknown number."  I picked up the phone but didn't say anything.  After about 15 seconds the call was disconnected.  When I called the number back I received the Verizon recording that it was not a working number.

Caller ID "unknown number". No message. Now blocked.

Caller ID said out of area   but there was a number with it    Blocked it
VIVA LA CALL BLOCKING

They called and left no message.

Ran out of blocks, but may have to reconfig. for this one.
