I got a text saying my card has been deactivated but I have no history with them

I got a text saying my card had been deactivated. But it didn't say which card or which bank. They gave no company information at all.

I forgot to mention they wanted me to call them back at 541-306-5001.

The exact thing happened to me only I had only been in sd 2 days when I got this. I have been trying to get a lease and have been writing my number down on forms.  I believe one of the apartments leaked my personal information. They're the only people in California to have my number.
