Without greeting, just ask "Sir, are you a home owner?" when I answered. After I replied "No," she hung up immediately. I am sure they are probably the water filter, solar energy, or home security scam targeting home owners but come'on being such rude will not get you anywhere. #nottryinghardenough
I was called by a lady with a heavy accent wanting to give me an estimate on remodeling, "inside or out." When I told her I was on the "Do Not Call" list and was not supposed to get calls like this, she said, "Oh. Um. Good-bye."
