310-276-2015 out of area comes to my landline constantly. Today I picked up. Due to heavy Indian accent almost imposible to understand, but think he claimed to be "Dave." As a scammer, he probably won't have much luck scamming anyone, because he can't be understood.
I've been getting a call from this number at least once a day for the last month - 3 calls yesterday alone. I just don't answer. A few days ago my son answered this way . . "Hi, this is Buddy the Elf. What's your favorite color?" The caller just went into his pitch . . . something about solar panels. My son asked him to call back in about five years. What do these idiots think they're going to get?
