Anyone know anything about these guys?? These people are calling with threats to call the police to serve papers. but they won't tell you who they represent and they want your address?? something is wrong with this I suspect a scam! received several calls and after not responding to the calls the phone number changes to another number from another state? Anyone know anything? I am elderly on a fixed income and have no idea why anyone would serve me papers I have lived in the same house for 20 years?
Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process. They will deliver the notification without warning.

I received a similar call, Fidelty Express is the company, they do process serving in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area. The supervisor I spoke with there was kind of arrogant at first, but eventually told me they were looking for someone with my same name, he apoligized.
