they did the same thing to me as all the other notes above. they call you saying they will lower your interest rate and then I pressed 1 to Direct Connect and of course I told them to take me off the calling list and they hung up immediately on me..
Caller ID said "Epoch". However, the message they left identified identified them as Sunrise Credit Services. I'm not the person they were asking for, but I didn't call them back to tell them so. I've heard that's a big mistake.
