7/17 18:55 I really don't get this garbage. This number appear on ID as Utility Bill. No message. I have utilities, but why would I be getting anonymous utility calls? Didn't stay on long enough to leave a message, so must be bogus.

This is an alternate energy company attempting to get you to switch electricity or gas suppliers from your current supplier to them. The lure is to claim that you are paying too much currently and they want to discuss your bill. They tend to be very sneaky and try and trick you into changing suppliers without coming right out and stating who they are and what they are offering. The big surprise comes later when your rates go up after a short period of lower rates and you find there is a hefty early termination fee to switch back to your original supplier.
