This number called my house; since I didn't recognize it, I didn't answer it; they didn't leave a message so probably telemarketers; so glad for this website nd the valuable contributions of the posters!

California Energy Upgrade Program is a call center for David Partiel's Novel Remodeling, Inc, CA CSLB = 908461.  Caller ID  read "Nagel Lorraine."

Some guy asked for my husband to tell him he qualified for Energy Saving home projects.  "Doesn't that sound good?"  

I said "No, it sounds like a scam and take me off your list"

Hell should freeze over if I ever use some nobody cold calling like that.  Yay! for Angie's list...

No message, which is the usual routine with these unwanted,intrusive, annoying callers.
Every unrecognized phone # I receive, I check the number out
and every one of them has been reported, including this one!  I am on every 'Do Not Call" list ??!
