Caller from this number identified himself as Peter Rubin from California EDD. I was told to fax him a document at this same , yes SAME, number within 24 hours.

I tried several times to fax, receiving message "Fax not responding" after the dialing and ringing sounds.  My librarian tried to call the number from the Wanda Kirk Library, as did I from my cell phone. Our response to the calls was:

"Your call cannot be completed as dialled."  We both tried dialling with and without the "1" prefix. Basically, I cannot respond to the request from EDD, and my unemployment claim is up in the air!
