A lady named Kim from Customer Service called and wanted to get our model number off our copy machine and I got silent and simply said No. I then got dial tone. DON'T FALL FOR THIS. It is a scam!!!! First of all the company you go through for your copier won't call you and ask you for your model number and secondly they would already know and wouldn't have to call and ask. Sadly people fall for this that don't know any better but don't fall for it. They will scam you into a bunch of toner and give you a big bill along with it.
They have called here twice today and I've told them both times to stop calling. They just refer to themselves as "I'm with customer service for your copier..." Next time I will blow a whistle in their ear like my grandmother used to do!
