This number has called me several times. The line sounds like it is dead and then the call disconnects. I did a reverse phone look up and came up with the result of a Landline owned by Teleport Communications Group. When I looked up the company online it states it may have been purchased in 1998 by AT&T but it also provides phone service to many states including California. Sounds like telemarketers to me.
I answered, they hung up. I see by my post above they've called me in the past. Creepy when they call a cell number and know your name. At least robo-calls are random....this one is calling us on purpose.
Received call from 310 341 0197 on personal cell - did not recognize the number nor was it in my contacts - did not answer and no voice mail was left on cell phone.
