I got a call from this number, and he claimed to be from GE , and wanted me to switch my ADT alarm over to them. Then he said something about Burger King and McDonalds, so I figured it was a prank call?
They have called us 5/5/12 4:12 p.m., 5/8/13 5:23 p.m. and 5/20/13 4:24 p.m. PST. No message left as we didn't pick up, but in looking at Jean's post about updating alarm system (keypad, I believe) does sound familiar... I recall picking up once in the past and the male caller was quite rude.
I live in the Los Angeles area, and I received a few calls from them last week. They were robocalls or "polls" in regards to a local election. It's a pain in the weeks leading up to an election, with all the calls received to sway your vote.
