I got like 5 calls from this number, the first time she said:"Hi Rachel It's Dianna" and I hung up  without saying anything. The second time she said:"Hello rachel?" I said:"i'm sorry I believe you have the wrong number" and hung up. She called me again but I was at work and couldn't pick up. She called again and left a voicemail asking me to call her back and asked me if I was going to do something for her. I didn't call back and she called AGAIN today andI I said:"i'm not rachel" and she didn't believe me!
