Who called from 3103560409

Called me twice today. Silence and disconnects. I call back and it dnt ring my phone just disconnects.

Have no idea who called as I didn't answer the phone. I've been getting a lot of scam calls so figure this is just another one of them.

This is scary to me.  Called, asked for me by name, and the proceeded to tell me about medical care I received including birth control.  What happened to HIPPA and how in the hell did they get the information.  Do not answer!  I am reporting to do not call list and I am going to try to find out how in the hell they got my medical information.
