"Richard Scott" is the named used when calling from this number as well as Dione Associates. Trying to collect on a 12 year old account, they say is apast due account. Do not deal with this person, SCAM!

a man named Richard Scott called my cell phone and left a message asking me to return his call asap. he said there must be some kind of address mix up????? he tried to make it sound like he was calling to "help" me. I thought it sounded fishy so I looked it the phone number and name up on line and found lots of other listings saying this is a scam. Needless to say I am not bothering to call back and take the chance that someone is trying to steal my personal information.
Ph# 310-356-6156 is from a collection company called CRA. I also got a call from this company from a guy named Richard. He was very rude and arrogant. In fact he kept calling me and harrassing me, He even went the extra mile to find out my girlfriends cell phone number (I don't know how he did it) and harrassed her as well while she was at work.
Is there a way were I can report this guy? I can totally see him doing this day after day to many people. Im pretty sure there is a law against this and he needs to be stopped!!!!!!
If anyone knows of a way to crack this guy down, please inform me.
Oh by the way, the couple of times he called and I did not answer he waited for my voice mail to come on and just left long blank messages, just stood quite for about 10 to 15 seconds then hung up.
