The caller says she's with "Merchant Services" and wants to talk to the person in charge of the Visa & Mastercard account. They want to trick you into switching your credit card processing to their company. It is a variation of the "I want to speak to the person in charge of the photocopier" scam where they make you think they're a legitimate supplier of toner.
